We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator / Site Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale industrial investment located in the Dunaföldvár area , in Central Hungary , approximately 100 km south of Budapest. The project involves coordination of multi-disciplinary works on-site, ensuring high standards of execution and compliance with the project schedule and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site coordination of subcontractors and suppliers across disciplines
- Monitoring daily progress and reporting to the client's central project team (NICE)
- Oversight of site organization, health & safety, and technical supervision
- Acceptance and verification of construction works
- Supervision of deliveries and acceptance of materials
- Preparation and ongoing management of construction documentation
