People and Culture Assistant (fixed term)

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions and other HR-related transactions.

Manage all activities and administration related to employee offboarding and exit processes.

Review cases and apply policies and procedures meticulously to ensure compliance and accurate administration in various systems.

Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure SLA adherence.

Contribute to the updating of knowledge base articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and standardize P&C processes.

Participate in testing process and system changes to ensure proper calculations and functionality.

Provide day-to-day administrative support and manage workload using daily monitoring systems.

We are currently looking for a   People and Culture Assistant to support our partner's HR operations on a fixed-term basis for  6 months . This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable international experience, contribute to impactful work, and grow your expertise in HR operations.

• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR administration and processing payroll transactions ( ideally in an SSC / global environment).
• Highly proactive, motivated, accurate, and precise personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
