Our Tatabánya plant is a cornerstone of our Automotive division, producing high-quality glass for the world's leading car manufacturers. We are looking for a strategic and experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our supply chain operations and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Supply Chain Leadership :  Develop and implement a comprehensive, end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Tatabánya plant. You will oversee all operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics, to maximize overall efficiency and productivity.
• Performance and Process Optimization :  Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). You will lead continuous improvement initiatives by designing, transforming, and implementing processes to achieve strategic goals and reduce costs.
• Lean Methodologies :  Actively drive and implement Lean activities (such as Kaizen, 5S) across the supply chain department to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Capacity and Resource Planning :  Take full responsibility for the plant's short- and long-term capacity planning, ensuring that all resources are aligned with business demands and production targets.
• Team Development and Leadership :  Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. You will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and proactivity to meet the demanding pace of the automotive industry.
• Stakeholder and Supplier Management : Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly the Sales and Operations teams, to ensure a seamless and reliable value chain.
