Sales Specialist

Reporting to : Sales & Trade Marketing Manager
Job responsibilities
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for all the operational tasks with chains supporting realization of established trade strategy. Taking care of reporting and data sharing with customers, internal team and HQ.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, analyse, and prepare market data (Beauty Consultants-BCs sales, company results, and animations’ performance) for reports and presentations.
- Prepare order proposals and monitor the novelties and animation ordering process with customers and internal SM / CS / Marketing.
- Prepare and follow-up product returns with partners.
- Prepare and track monthly schedules for BCs, prepare and follow-up administrative tasks for the team (ex : attendance sheets, holidays, and medical leave).
- Manage grooming products’ ordering for the team.
- Compile data for monthly BC targets and bonuses.
- Coordinate BCs’ work in consultation with Sales Supervisor (SS). Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters to BCs.
- Organize spraying campaigns at retailers, working with external agencies.
- Plan and execute point-of-sale (POS) support, including samples and testers, for local initiatives, and manage retailers’ tester orders and allocation based on budget.
- Manage sales contests for retailers.
- Assist in organizing events for both central and local initiatives.
- Create purchase orders (PO) in SAP for the commercial department.
- Control and process invoices for all in-chains and coop investments
- Analyse stock and provide order proposals to retailers as needed.
- Prepare price changes in accordance with central guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver timely recurring and ad-hoc calculations, reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Organize meetings with retailers and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate information sharing between the field sales team and relevant departments.
- Collect and integrate sell-out data for EPCD reporting and to Central teams.
- Prepare POS evaluation letters in collaboration with SS.
- Submit customer complaints to Customer Service.
- Manage and update sales-related content on Simplifield or other company platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
