About the job 🌟

The Purchase to Pay Accountant handles processing and verifying payable records, prepares invoices, and posts ledger entries. Responsibilities include inputting data, generating reports, conducting research, and responding to inquiries, with occasional management of complex reconciliations. Accounting knowledge is applied to complete a variety of moderately difficult tasks.

Main responsibilities 📚

Review and verify PO and non-PO invoices to ensure accurate and timely entry.

Match invoices to purchase orders, goods receipts and book them to the ledger.

Follow up on GRNI account balances and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with AP processes, SOX, ISO, and audit requirements.

Manage special invoices (customs, agents, split, WHT) and handle aged item clearing.

Handle supplier maintenance requests, initiate bank data updates.

Resolve internal / third-party queries and report any irregularities to senior management.

What we are looking for ⭐

University or college degree in Business / Finance preferred (or ongoing studies).

1-2 years of AP related experience required.

Fluency in written and spoken English

At least intermediate Polish language knowledge

Confident Excel / MS Office skills required.

ERP / AP workflow system knowledge is preferred.

Detail-oriented with good analytical and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
