a vállalat operatív működésének teljeskörű koordinálása, folyamatok optimalizálása

operatív területek összehangolt, magas szintű vezetése és felügyelete

projektportfólió vezetői szintű felügyelete, részvétel az erőforrás-tervezésben és kapacitásmenedzsmentben

döntés-előkészítés és stratégiai támogatás az ügyvezető számára

belső szabályzatok, működési keretrendszerek kialakítása és fejlesztése

vezetői egyeztetések, cross-funkcionális csapatok összehangolása

üzleti teljesítmény monitorozása, riportálás, KPI-ok menedzsmentje

Nagyvállalati partnerünk számára keresünk operatív vezetőt.

Az ideális jelölt rendelkezik :

felsőfokú végzettséggel (gazdasági vagy műszaki területen)
legalább 5 év vezetői tapasztalattal hasonló felelősségi körben műszaki területen dolgozó vállalatnál
kiváló szervezőkészséggel és stratégiai szemlélettel
hatékony időgazdálkodási képességgel
határozott ugyanakkor együttműködő vezetői stílussal
magabiztos kommunikációval és tárgyalókészséggel
