,[Strategic Leadership : Act as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and board, shaping and executing long-term financial strategy. Lead annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes. Support M&A activities and evaluate external financing opportunities., Operational Excellence : Build and optimize finance processes across multiple entities to support revenue growth and healthy cash flow. Implement and enhance systems for accounts payable / receivable, reporting, and financial operations in a dynamic environment., Performance Management : Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting. Assess financial and operational risks, evaluate contract-related impacts, and ensure alignment between financial priorities and business units., Governance & Compliance : Oversee financial controls, corporate governance, and the financial management of subsidiaries. Coordinate shareholder meetings and maintain corporate records. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and audit requirements across all operating countries. Manage transfer pricing, tax filings, and internal / external audits., Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team (controlling, accounting, administration). Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and consultants.
