Marketing Analytics Engineer

The Digital Hub is a newly built state-of-the-art digital services team with 25+ Digital Professionals driving the execution of Digital Marketing, Content Management and Digital Analytics for a various set of business activities across the Air France KLM group. Our partner is looking for motivated Marketing Analytics Engineers to support the Digital Hub. Design, develop, and implement interactive marketing dashboards in Power BI Configure and maintain secure data connections between Power BI and external data sources, including BigQuery Create campaign performance visualizations that track KPIs, conversion metrics, and customer journey analytics Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visualizations showing marketing and business performance Create standardized visualization templates and style guides that can be redeployed Provide training and support to marketing teams on how to interact with and interpret dashboards Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and models through validation and clear documentation of metrics and definitions Stay current with the latest features and best practices in data visualization tools Elvárások / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, BI, Computer Science or a similar field. 2+ years of experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and DAX / Power Query. Hands-on experience with marketing data (campaign tracking, funnels, attribution, ROAS). Experience with GA4, Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, Salesforce, or similar APIs / tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian (C1 level). Strong analytical, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments. Proficiency in data visualization best practices and UX design for dashboards. Advantageous : Experience with Python / R, Git, and Google Cloud.
