Tasks & Responsibilities
- You will lead the onboarding process for new hires;
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs;
- Support new hire groups and ensure the quality and effectiveness of training;
- Work with leadership to identify areas for improvement and create solutions;
- Liaise with the Quality, Operations, IT, and HR teams to ensure smooth training processes;
- Manage multiple tasks at the same time with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office;Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred);Proven experience as a trainer;Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 or higher);Willingness to work on-site in our office.Benefits
