The Role

The EU Internal Training Specialist will play an enabling role to ensure the implementation of pan-European training programs mandated by headquarters, as well as overseeing internal training initiatives within the European region.

He / She will coordinate both internal and external resources to deliver training for the BYD Europe team on corporate culture, brand, product technology, and sales, with the aim of enhancing employee loyalty, engagement, and overall competency. In addition, he / she will support the Sales Excellence Team in the concrete implementation and execution of training programs across Europe, in order to drive training effectiveness and improve the overall customer experience.

The EU Internal Training Specialist reports directly to the Assistant Department Manager and will work as part of the EU Internal Training and L&D team.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal training for the European team, including but not limited to onboarding training for new employees and skill enhancement training for existing staff.
• Plan, organize, and schedule EU sales and product training programs with EU dealer partners, with close cooperation with related teams
• Inform attendants (internals and Network) about training options available and completed
• Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
• Track and report on training completion and outcomes
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
• Organize logistics for training sessions and events including venues and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers as required
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Collaborate with Aftersales team for a consistent Customer Service approach
