Acting as a senior scrum master within the Digital GBU Agile & Service Excellence organization, they play a critical role in working with Product Owners on critical commercial products.

Main responsibilities :

Serves as a servant leader and coach for a Pod / s.

Works with Product Owners and Development teams on daily basis to drive execution.

Helps steer team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Helps the Product Owner in his efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.

Facilitates pod ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)

Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules and practices of agile development.

Educates the Pod in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices.

They will be directly reporting to Head of DGBU Agile & Service Excellence.

About you

Job Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master preferably in the life sciences industry.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders.

Track-record of success as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in complex environments.

Experience in working and domain knowledge relevant to commercial products.

Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
