Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Asset Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or financial control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with asset management systems and financial reporting tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Document Management Specialist to join our Auto manufacturing division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by establishing and improving the department’s document management system.
- Develop and implement the department’s document management work plan.
- Promote document-related initiatives and enhance document information systems.
- Train, supervise, guide, and review the department’s documentation processes.
- Maintain the department’s content management platform, file system, and other document-related systems.
