Job description

  • Independently execute daily service work in workshop, such as programming and startup of assembly equipment controllers, tools & systems & components repairing, regular maintenance & troubleshooting
  • According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes provide high quality service in agreed schedule and high quality
  • Maintain professional relationship with customers
  • Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams and Project teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system
  • Share know-how with other team members and support other technicians when required
  • Keep high level of utilization and efficiency of own work
  • Prepare calculations of jobs required by customers, tracking of service orders and follow up
  • Immediately report to reporting manager and sales team any quality issues or any other issues noticed that might have impact on business
  • To succeed, you will need

    • Education : min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary
    • Languages : Slovak, level : fluent + English, level : min. intermediate
    • Certificate to work with electrical devices in line with local legislation is necessary
    • PC skills : MS Word, MS Excel
    • Min. 1 year of relevant experience (experience in industrial production, maintenance or repair preferred)
    • Independent, self managed, success-motivated person with can-do approach
    • Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop
