Job descriptionfit_to_content{width : %;height : auto}Your role Independently execute daily service work in workshop, such as programming and startup of assembly equipment controllers, tools & systems & components repairing, regular maintenance & troubleshooting According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes provide high quality service in agreed schedule and high quality Maintain professional relationship with customers Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams and Project teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system Share know-how with other team members and support other technicians when required Keep high level of utilization and efficiency of own work Prepare calculations of jobs required by customers, tracking of service orders and follow up Immediately report to reporting manager and sales team any quality issues or any other issues noticed that might have impact on business
To succeed, you will need
- Education : min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary
- Languages : Slovak, level : fluent + English, level : min. intermediate
- Certificate to work with electrical devices in line with local legislation is necessary
- PC skills : MS Word, MS Excel
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience (experience in industrial production, maintenance or repair preferred)
- Independent, self managed, success-motivated person with can-do approach
