BYD Europe BV located in Schiedam, Netherlands is the marketing and sales HQ of BYD Co., Ltd based in Shenzhen, China. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters for the Hungarian entity
• Coordinate closely with the existing Hungary-based SSC team for local HR operations and administrative support
• Establish and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Hungarian labor laws
• Coordinate with our HQ HR team (Netherlands / China) to implement corporate HR practices in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
• Handle employment contracts, employee documentation, and HR administration with SSC team’ support
• Assist in coordinating payroll and benefits with external providers and SSC team
• Support local employee relations, workplace compliance, and health & safety policies
• Contribute to culture building and employee experience in a growing cross-cultural environment
• Support local office setup from HR / people perspective (if applicable)
