What you´ll do
- Key responsibility : development, implementation and administration of European 3PM / 3PL SHE Audits & Sustainability Audits
- Database, risk matrix and integration of Dashboards in sharepoints, PowerBI and excel
- Ensure successful streamlining of current data and information systems, updating and aligning information and profiles of suppliers
- Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development and other cross-functional teams, support Team’s communication and manage relevant channels
- Support supplier audits / assessments as required, in cooperation with other members of the department
- Ensure the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) is timely managed and audit follow up and actions are on track
- Assess process and chemical risk of suppliers and conduct analysis against industrial standards
- Lead the scheduling of supplier audits, align with Lead Auditors and Suppliers, co-ordination of relevant Henkel sites across Europe
- As required, manage the alignment and agreement of SHE requirements and technical specifications with suppliers and contract manufacturers, support risk and sustainability assessments
- Support the execution of the European 3PM / 3PL SHE Henkel Strategy

Chemical engineering or other chemical studiesMin. 2 more semesters of active student status remainingStudies or experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environment and / or SustainabilityFluent English and comfortable to communicate with senior stakeholdersGood communication skills, take ownership to follow-up with suppliers and key stakeholders via phone and e-mailFocused and well organized in order to capture information into relevant database (MS Tools, SAP etc.)Being able to work with macros in excel, experience with Power BI are advantagesOptionally open to travel in case of join and participate audits and understand machinery environmentSome perks of joining Henkel
