What you´ll do

Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s)

Supports processes / operations of the respective Henkel team

Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations

• Assist the Infrastructure Team in the HSR organization (FM, SHE, Fleet, Sustainability) in daily operation
• Create POs, handling and archiving invoices, tracking them in the HSR system for budgeting
• Help to maintain & develop HSR processes (eg. : communication, documentations, fleet penalty fine fee administration, waste management etc.)
• Contributing to steering & executing HSR campaigns & activities
• Support the FM, SHE, Fleet, Health and Security area
• Take part and report Safety Walk arounds, report findings and support SHE manager
• Keep up to date the reporting in the area of FM and SHE
• Contributing to develop the HSR management system (access control, key management, ticketing tool etc.)
• Communicate across functions and external parties on daily basis
• Creating communication materials (text and design)
• Handling communication platforms
• Administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks
