What you´ll do
- Assist the Infrastructure Team in the HSR organization (FM, SHE, Fleet, Sustainability) in daily operation
- Create POs, handling and archiving invoices, tracking them in the HSR system for budgeting
- Help to maintain & develop HSR processes (eg. : communication, documentations, fleet penalty fine fee administration, waste management etc.)
- Contributing to steering & executing HSR campaigns & activities
- Support the FM, SHE, Fleet, Health and Security area
- Take part and report Safety Walk arounds, report findings and support SHE manager
- Keep up to date the reporting in the area of FM and SHE
- Contributing to develop the HSR management system (access control, key management, ticketing tool etc.)
- Communicate across functions and external parties on daily basis
- Creating communication materials (text and design)
- Handling communication platforms
- Administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks
