• Take care of outgoing invoices and check the incoming ones – your attention to detail keeps everything on track.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, making sure every client feels valued and supported throughout their shipment journey.
• Prepare shipment statements and handle any complaints that come up – your problem-solving skills will shine here.
