As a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer, you will :

Ensure top-tier platform performance and security.

Provide essential Level 2 user support and manage change seamlessly.

Collaborate for smooth vendor releases and service deployment.

Spearhead security audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Master the ServiceNow platform, resolving bottlenecks and optimizing performance.

Handle incident escalations and manage change implementations.

Develop and deploy internal services, collaborating on feature enhancements.

What You'll Bring :

Essential Expertise : Proficient in ServiceNow software development, particularly in UI Builder, Flow Designer, and JavaScript.

ServiceNow Mastery : Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, including Virtual Agent, Custom Apps, and Service Portal.

Module Know-how : Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and SPM modules.

Customization Skills : Adept at implementing customization techniques like form and workflow configuration, UI policies, and business rules.

Integration Capabilities : Familiar with developing and maintaining API integrations with systems such as MarkLogic.

Process Knowledge : Solid grasp of ITIL processes and best practices.

Technical Proficiency : Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and Microsoft Azure.

Problem-Solving : Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset.

Security Awareness : Understanding of network concepts, GDPR, and information security standards.

Collaborative Approach : Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users effectively.

Task Management : Skilled in managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.

Continuous Learning : Self-motivated to remain current with ServiceNow's latest features and best practices.

Certification : Holding a Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential; additional certifications are advantageous.

Language Requirement : Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
