Required skills :

Experience with Windows client operating systems (Windows 10 & 11), SCCM & Intune Staging

1. On-site technical support (Windows 10 & 11 and hardware) for our customers.

2. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

2a. Efficient on-site troubleshooting and technical support to quickly resolve user issues to minimize downtime and increase user productivity.

4. Maintaining video conferencing systems.

5. IMACD : Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

6. Supporting power users with project rollouts and deployments.

7. Accurate documentation of repairs, inventory, and equipment.

8. Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.

9. Key technicians for Power / Exec support

10. Accurate and up-to-date records of the number, model, and condition of all IT equipment (laptops and mobile devices) in use.

11. Bundled packages of laptops and mobile device accessories, correctly labeled and securely packaged for delivery to users.

12. Delivery of fully configured laptops and mobile devices to users, ensuring that each device has the required software, settings, and operating systems according to requirements.

13. High-quality IT equipment that meets specific requirements and standards.

14. Comprehensive inventory reports that provide insight into equipment inventories, demand forecasting, timely ordering of new stock, and inventory optimization.

15. Regular updates and maintenance of IT equipment to ensure optimal and safe operation.

17. Timely communication with users to schedule deliveries and provide support as needed.
