What you do

• Coordinate the operations of the first-line support team ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues and queries.
• Develop and implement support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor support team performance and provide guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other technical teams to address complex issues and escalate as necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to BI systems, applications, and tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers and other technical teams to address complex issues and escalate as necessary.
