IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

On behalf of them we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their team. Comprehensive System Management : We provide full system management, including 24 / 7 operation and provisioning for customer systems.ű Ongoing Maintenance : This involves continuous upkeep, maintenance, and upgrades for all current infrastructure. Problem Resolution : Our team analyzes and resolves any issues that may arise. Stakeholder Communication : We ensure constant communication with both internal units and external partners. Training & Presentations : We are responsible for preparing client presentations and conducting internal training sessions to educate colleagues on system functionalities. Elvárások / Requirements Higher IT / Telecom degree & 5+ years experience (must-have). Strong in Windows Server & SQL Server; basic Linux. Familiarity with Oracle, containerization, high availability, networking, virtualization, storage, and server hardware a plus. Willing to provide 24 / 7 standby support.
