What you can look forward to as Project Manager (m / f / d) :

• Management of general projects / sub-projects with a certain complexity with application of agile principles, and best practice project management methods and tools (e.g. business process Rollouts; IT infrastructure implementations etc.)
• Lead (interdisciplinary) project teams and ensuring their effectiveness incl. requesting and securing team resources e.g. IT specialists, Process Experts etc.
• Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning
• Management of project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality (incl. risks, resolving problems / issues, change request management) according to relevant standards (e.g. DCM…..)
• Report & escalate to decision makers, manage communication and knowledge transfer with stakeholders & working groups, incl. organize and prepare for meetings, gate reviews, decisions
• Participate in business planning activities to ensure proper Portfolio Management on Risk, Time, Quality, Capacity etc. to achieving business goals and objectives.
• Support development, improvement, and maintenance of project policies, standards, and guidelines by anticipating future trends and methodologies.
