Job Description
Overall Purpose of Job :
Purpose of the job is to support Travel & Expense implementation and operational daily support to business travel activities at Kostal Europe plus region.
Cooperate and support all activities related to the services between contracted service providers, internal and external stakeholders.
1. Process & Policy Development
Support the design and implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) group travel management process.
Contribute to the creation and standardization of travel and expense (T&E) policies in alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with peer departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, HR, IT) to ensure seamless T&E project execution and process alignment.
3. Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management to support budgeting and financial forecasting related to travel and expense activities.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and methods to improve operational efficiency.
4. Business Travel Coordination
Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking train and airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.
Handle business travel applications, maintain related documentation, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
2–4 years of relevant professional background, ideally in T&E management.
Background in a service-oriented, customer-focused environment; experience within a Shared Services Center (SSC) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with process standardization and documentation practices is highly beneficial.
A proactive mindset and openness to adopting new technologies to support digital transformation and process optimization.
