About the Role

What You Will Do
Provide first-level technical support to Polish-speaking users
Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues remotely
Log incidents and requests in the system with high accuracy
Maintain communication with users until resolution
Escalate advanced technical issues to specialist teams
Requirements
Fluency in Polish (C1) and good English communication
Experience in IT support or customer service is preferred
Strong interest in technology and user support
Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in Budapest (on-site or hybrid depending on project)
