We’re looking for a Polish-speaking Service Desk Analyst to deliver exceptional IT service and technical support to users. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and customer care — this role is your gateway to growth! 💻✨

Languages : Polish (C1) + English (B2)

Compensation : Base salary + benefits

🎯 Your Responsibilities

💬 Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal

🧾 Log, track, and document incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool

⏱️ Ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined SLAs

🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems

📈 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

📚 Document solutions and contribute to continuous service improvement

🧠 Participate in process optimization initiatives

🕒 Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting KPI targets

🧠 Your Profile

🗣️ Fluent / native in Polish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)

💻 1–3 years’ experience in IT Service Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support (L1–L2)

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

⚙️ Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)

📊 Good understanding of IT concepts — SDLC, operating systems, databases

💼 Experience with SAP or other enterprise applications

📘 ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus

💡 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

🙌 Customer-focused, proactive, and organized under pressure
