We are looking for a  Logistics Manager  (middle management level) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about process optimization, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Mission

• Lead logistics operations : inbound, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping
• Optimize processes, inventory, and warehouse layout
• Supervise incoming goods inspection and customs clearance
• Manage customer orders and ensure regular communication
• Coordinate logistics and production planning teams
• Collaborate with departments and management team
• Monitor legal and international regulations
• Liaise with authorities, service providers, and freight forwarders
• Conduct annual inventories and report KPIs
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Lead and develop your team, evaluate performance
• Plan annual budgets and control costs
