HR Specialist - Spanish Speaking

with a focus on HR operations and administrative processes for the Spanish

market.

• Independently manage HR operational tasks such as contract

preparation, onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, certificate

preparation, and documentation, in line with defined standards and timelines.

• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure high-quality

digital documentation.

• Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and internal policies in all HR

processes.

• Cooperate closely with other HR teams (e.g., Payroll, HRBPs,

Recruitment) and the business to ensure a smooth and efficient employee

experience.

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR

processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and suggesting

enhancements.

• Support HR reporting and data analytics activities by preparing regular and

ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics (e.g., KPIs, headcount) using Excel or other tools; analyze trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Document process changes clearly and ensure proper communication with all impacted stakeholders.
• Provide support for internal HR audits and controls related to Spain.
• Take part in potential knowledge transfer activities and support the

onboarding of new colleagues within our HR teams.

• Participate in cross-country or cross-functional HR projects where relevant.

• 1+ years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on employee life-cycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• C1 level Spanish , at least strong B2 level of English
• Completed studies in HR management , business administration , or a related field .
• Experience in preparing employment contracts , offer letters , and certificates , ensuring full legal compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills .
