Lead the HR service delivery for the SCE in the German region and provide a progressive and consistent employee experience and ensure customer satisfaction.Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with local HR communities to ensure HR services, processes, and policies are continuously improved and implemented effectively across the Operating Business.Participate actively in HR projects as well as support in the further development of HR-relevant structures / processes.Engage in the implementation and harmonization of international HR Shared Services service standards, processes, policies together with other SCE Leads.Ensure a cost-efficient set-up of Recruiting, People and Employment as well as HR Administration services and monitor the stream’s performance indicators.Be the human leader that your team looks up to by managing, coaching, motivating and developing every team member.Over the past decades, our partner has established itself as one of the world’s leading elevator companies.
