You will :
Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries, escalating complex issues and resolving customer complaints.
Lead and facilitate team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned and communication remains open and effective.
Actively mentor and guide team members , monitoring performance and identifying skill gaps to ensure continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver targeted training to ensure the team is fully knowledgeable on departmental procedures and standards.
Improve processes by listening to feedback from both your team and customers and implementing positive changes.
