Yourmissions : ABOUT THE POSITION
Ceva-Phylaxia is seeking full-time applicants for the role of Technical Leader, based within the GID Directorate of the Ceva Phylaxia Campus in Budapest’s 10th district.
The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of the Ceva Animal Health Group. The GID team focuses on the development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing technologies, as well as the efficient management of technology transfers between various production sites.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the department head, the role focuses on the development, transfer, and validation of manufacturing technologies, particularly in antigen production and vaccine formulation. The Technical Leader plays a key role in implementing new technologies, overseeing pilot productions, and collaborating in an international project environment.
DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
- Independently planning, managing, and documenting technology development and process improvement projects
- Transferring manufacturing technologies from R&D to production and between international sites
- Coordinating validation processes and preparing the required documentation (, SOPs, validation plans / reports)
- Organizing and executing pilot-scale production in laboratories, pilot plants, or production areas
- Participating in the development of new production areas, including technical specifications and investment preparation
- Managing technology transfer and process development projects within an autonomous scope of responsibility

Relevant MSc degree ( biochemical engineering, biotechnology, food engineering)Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field, with a strong focus on technology development and transferIntermediate English proficiency, both written and spokenSolid computer skills : Windows 10, Microsoft OfficeADVANTAGES
Experience in chromatography, formulation, colloid chemistry, protein purification, or fermentationProficiency in control loop tuning ( PID), lyophilizationBasic knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysisRelevant PhD degreeHOW TO APPLY
