Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality email support to Hungarian-speaking players regarding game inquiries and technical challenges.
- Assist players with account management and other game-related issues through clear and concise written communication.
- Ensure timely responses to player emails, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Document player interactions and feedback comprehensively to inform ongoing service enhancements.
- Work closely with other team members to relay important player insights and collaborate on support strategies.
- Stay informed about game updates, features, and best practices in player support to better serve the community.
Requirements
