Execute and validate global payroll data processing in partnership with third-party vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.Perform daily data entry, corrections, and mass uploads, maintaining high data integrity.Resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies, providing root cause analysis and corrective action to ensure a seamless employee experience.Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, and productivity.Ensure strict adherence to all country, federal, and local compliance requirements and approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Our business partner is looking for new German Speaking Payroll Specialist colleague. - A Bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years of experience in international payroll administration within a Shared Services environment.
- Proven experience with EMEA payroll in a multi-national company setting.
- Technical knowledge of Time & Attendance, Payroll, and HRIS systems (experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or ADP platforms is a plus).
- Experience with payroll system implementation (data validation / analysis) and establishing internal controls.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent (oral and written) in both English AND German is required.
