Job description
  • Execute and validate global payroll data processing in partnership with third-party vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform daily data entry, corrections, and mass uploads, maintaining high data integrity.
  • Resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies, providing root cause analysis and corrective action to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, and productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all country, federal, and local compliance requirements and approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Our business partner is looking for new German Speaking Payroll Specialist colleague. If you  have experience in the field of EMEA Payroll and are interested in working in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!

    • A Bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years of experience in international payroll administration within a Shared Services environment.
    • Proven experience with EMEA payroll in a multi-national company setting.
    • Technical knowledge of Time & Attendance, Payroll, and HRIS systems (experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or ADP platforms is a plus).
    • Experience with payroll system implementation (data validation / analysis) and establishing internal controls.
    • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
    • Fluent (oral and written) in both English AND German is required.
