Job Description

Join our international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. Thrive in a supportive, family-friendly work environment that values collaboration and personal development. This is your opportunity to grow professionally and gain valuable experience in the exciting and evolving field of Human Resources and Employee Lifecycle Management. Support employees with inquiries regarding compensation and benefits-related topics Handle requests via our ticketing system and perform administrative tasks related to compensation and benefits processing Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses related to compensation and benefits Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR process workflows Support the optimization of processes within the support area

Qualifications

Background

University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas

Experience

1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas

Personality

You are detail- and solution oriented and accurate. You work well in complex structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills

Languages

Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken

Mid-level English (B1) skills

Hungarian language knowledge is not a requirement
