Our partner, a prominent supplier to the luxury and premium catering and events sector, is looking for a Senior Catering Manager.

Job description

• Event planning : end-to-end planning and follow up of events
• Main contact on-site, during events
• Administration : creation and maintenance of evaluation documents, documentation of event related materials
• Budget management, including event accounting
• Contact with customers, internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Quality assurance of the brand

Requirements

• Advanced, specialised degree
• Fluent and confident knowledge of English
• Several years of experience in event and project management (ideally in international, premium environment)
• In-depth knowledge of the gastronomy sector
• Driving licence (B)
• Team oriented, proactive, but also independent working style
• Great negotiating skills
• Ambitious, growth and client oriented mindset
• Willingness to work ON-SITE (the is no home office opportunity), evenings and weekends on an occasional basis
