Are you passionate about people and eager to grow your HR experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment? We’re looking for an  HR Specialist  to join our team at our  Üllő Manufacturing Plant . This role is a great opportunity for HR professionals with a few years of experience who are ready to take the next step and make a real impact.

Location : Üllő Factory (on-site presence required at least 3 days / week)

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Be a trusted HR partner to our employees and managers, providing day-to-day support and guidance on a variety of HR topics.
• Lead key moments in the employee lifecycle – from drafting contracts and onboarding to handling exits and preparing documentation for works council meetings.
• Own headcount and HR reporting, ensuring timely and accurate data to support business decisions.
