Key Responsibilities
Gaining a foundational understanding of individual income taxes and tax regulations relevant to globally mobile employees, with a focus on various jurisdictions.Assisting with the collection, organisation, and interpretation of employee data, including compensation, benefits, and assignment details, to support tax compliance processes.Preparing and reviewing individual income tax returns and other compliance forms for mobile employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant tax laws.Working within established processes and instructions to efficiently manage tax compliance tasks, including data input, reconciliation, and document management.Becoming proficient in our cutting-edge technology solutions and tools used for tax calculations, data management, and reporting.Assisting in responding to client queries and requests for information, under the guidance of senior team members.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree in economics, business, accounting, finance or relevant fieldFluency in English and French0-2 years of work experience (including relevant internship)Prior experience in global mobility is an advantageEffective and proactive communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including critical thinkingContinuous improvement mindsetClient-oriented approach and proactive attitudeElements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
