Are you fluent in French and English , with a passion for IT support and troubleshooting? We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide top-notch support to users from the comfort of your home! What You'll Do :

Provide timely support via phone, chat, and email for IT-related issues
Troubleshoot desktop, application, and mobile device issues (iOS / Android)
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and access issues
Take ownership of incidents, ensuring swift and successful resolutions
Collaborate with experts for fast problem resolution
Document solutions for future reference and escalate as needed
Manage incidents while adhering to KPIs and service management principles

What We're Looking For :

Fluent in French (C2) , with strong English skills (B2+)

Experience in L1-L2 IT Support, preferably in Application Support / Software Development

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Familiarity with SDLC, databases, and OS components is a plus
