Sales​

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Join us as Sales Support & Analyst, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of given administrative, analytical and project tasks, based within the Hungarian Sales structure. You will work closely with the brand and trade marketing department, finance, customer services, demand and external parties. To our new colleague, we are providing a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026.

Your responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the Key Account Managers
• Create volume planning report (orders, back conditions, post-promo settlements)
• Sell-out and stock reports (weekly / monthly)
• Merch cost administration
• Promo offers & promo confirmation for customers - based on promo P&Ls
• Price settings of list prices, on invoice discounts, promo prices
• Logistical data maintenance - data management
• Monthly NIS reports
• Shelf price tracking
• Trade spend management
• Post-promo price support process management
• Communication regarding invoices and orders
• Customer service support : Price discrepancy report, Order file creation, etc.
• Create ad-hoc sales analysis / reports (e.g. : promo analysis, sell-in, sell-out) based on request
