Your profile

Technical Lead Role

provide technical leadership, guidance, and accountability for the deliverables  of the agile team

a ctively contribute as a member of the team, writing high-quality code and  participating  in code reviews

maintain code quality and mentor team members to continuously improve team performance

f oster an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and innovation

d esign and oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring scalability,  maintainability  and alignment with the organization’s architectural principles

c ollaborate with the Architect s  and other Tech Leads to  maintain  technical consistency ,  share updates, discuss technical  challenges   and address cross-team dependencies

work  closely with Product Owners to provide  technical input during  early stages  of product planning, including high-level effort estimations for new  features or initiatives

e nsure that implemented features meet business needs, technical  requirements , and quality expectations

p roactively  identify  and mitigate risks that may affect feature delivery or technical integrity

m entor team members by offering guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and learning

hold  regular  one-on-one reviews  to evaluate  individual  progress, provide constructive feedback, and align with career development paths

m aintain open and transparent communication, ensuring team members are aligned and informed

p articipate in the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates

Required qualifications and skills

college or university degree

at least 5-year experience as a software develope r

high level   expertise  in  C# ,  .NET Core , and  Entity Framework Core

d eep understanding of relational database design and development using  Microsoft SQL Server

strong knowledge of REST (ASP.NET Web API) and SOAP (WCF)

  • UI development experience, preferably using React

experience in  mic roservice  architecture design

p roficient in  Git , including branching strategies

f amiliarity with  the  principles of secure system engineering

good professional  English (spoken and written)

Advantages

p roficiency  in developing, deploying, and debugging applications using  Azure App Services  and  Azure Functions

d esign, develop, and deploy scalable applications  leveraging   containerization technologies  such as  Docker  and  Kubernetes

knowledge of VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP)

experience in DevOps or continuous delivery approach

people management  background
