Job description

• Provision / operation of customer’s system 24 / 7
• Current systems upkeep / care / maintenance / upgrades
• Analysis and removal of occurring problems
• Constant communication to involved units and partners
• Reporting
• Preparing / making presentations for clients and introducing / teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required
