What you can expect

• Your range of tasks is diverse : help shape our IT workplace of the future! You will be responsible for the design, implementation, further development and trouble-free operation of standard software and products in the Exchange / mailing environment.
• You coordinate and manage the activities within the framework of the entire service lifecycle process with regard to Exchange / mailing and are responsible in service design for defined subject areas in application or infrastructure operation.
• Among other things, you are responsible for Microsoft Exchange, monitor compliance with IT specifications and contribute to the further development of processes.
• You have overall responsibility for performance and data quality when taking over services into operation and during ongoing operations.
• You identify potential faults at an early stage and resolve them as quickly as possible in contact with customers and other IT teams.
