As part of the newly established Online Sales Organization, you’ll support our growing direct-to-customer business across websites and marketplaces in the German and Austrian markets.
We’re now looking for a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) to join our dynamic and international Online Operations & Customer Service Team. If you’re passionate about helping customers, have a proactive mindset, and enjoy working in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing :
Provide excellent customer service and sales support via phone, email, and chat
Handle incoming sales leads with care and efficiency, converting them into successful purchases
Deliver top-tier after-sales support for issues like deliveries, returns, claims, payments, and installations
Manage and grow our Business-to-Installer customer segment with a proactive, account management approach
Collaborate closely with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
Help process orders and returns in our ERP system for both our webshop and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
Support the continuous improvement of our tools, systems, and customer service processes
Take part in internal customer service projects across teams
What we expect from you :
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Good English skills (spoken and written); another language is a plus
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident handling of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP system knowledge is a bonus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Sales mindset with the drive to convert leads and build lasting customer relationships
Background in customer service, sales, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
Willingness to work in a hybrid / virtual environment; occasional travel to Budapest or abroad
