Munkaköri leírás

As a  Web UX Designer  on our team, you’ll help bring that mission to life through well-designed, user-centered experiences across our global marketing websites. You'll work closely with the UX / UI Director to support the execution of design system updates, contribute to scalable page templates and components, and create polished, responsive designs that reflect our global brand.

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized designer who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You should be confident working independently, comfortable navigating multiple time zones, and energized by structure, systems, and problem-solving. You bring strong visual and interaction design skills, a systems-thinking mindset, and a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to working with engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

Do you have a strong  mix of UX and UI skills —particularly in the context of responsive web design and collaborative, system-based workflows? If so, go ahead and apply with a portfolio that demonstrates these skills!

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home and the expectation to be on-site at least one day per week.

Must have :

  • 3–6 years of experience designing web experiences—especially in SaaS, B2B marketing, or content-heavy sites
  • Deep expertise with Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and system file organization
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own priorities and communicating effectively across teams
  • A collaborative, feedback-friendly mindset and experience working with engineers and marketing stakeholders

Nice to have :

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a web design system
  • Familiarity with multi-language or internationalized websites
  • Understanding of basic HTML / CSS and front-end development workflows
  • Comfort using analytics or behavior tools (GA4, Hotjar) to inform design
  • Experience working in or around content-driven CMS environments
  • Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or workflows (e.g., generative design, AI-based wireframing, UX copy tools)
