Accountable for leading a Field Service team for a specific geographic area. Responsible for operations; meeting and delivering on operational goals; ensuring quality, standards, and compliance regulations are met. Accountability for the financial performance of the team. Develops and implements strategies to improve efficiency or better accommodate staff. Leads in the implementation of new or modified processes; Responsible for the training, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, hiring and terminating of staff. Works independently with considerable latitude on managing activities as well as highly visible projects. Establishes strategic plans and objectives. Participates in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for programs and individuals. Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success of functional, business unit or company objectives. Directs functional area through department Managers and / or Professional track employees.
