- Ensuring a fast and unproblematic handling of the order process of Tungsten Automation in EMEA
- Creating of customer orders in the ERP system
- Creating of order documentation and responsibility for the delivery
- Controlling of internal sales conditions (pricing, discount, delivery conditions, license compatibility)
- Communication with sales and inside sales of our local entities
- Interface to manufacturing in terms of fulfilling the day-to-day business
- Documentation of processes and storage processes
Work in late shift up to 40% of worktime is required - 13 : 30 to 22 : 00 local time.
