What will you be doing in this role?

We need an individual who is passionate about Health & Safety to join us and support our Health & Safety focus, to contribute to our health & safety function to minimize organizational hazards to the environment (across products, equipment and operational processes) and risk to employee health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Take action to improve performance and to resolve non-compliance with the organization's HS&E policies, procedures and mandatory instructions.
• Support collection of business requirements using simple document and workflow review to share with others for them to combine to clear requirements.
• Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and / or procedures, referring complex issues to others.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by producing comprehensive regulatory reports. Review and consolidate the information being reported and make sure it is accurate and timely.
• Support internal communication and work with others to build strong understanding of regulation and registration requirements.
• Provide training and awareness to less experienced colleagues within the team to develop their skills.
