What you´ll do
- Responsibilityfor administration of European Customer quality & Customer SpecificRequirements strategies and programs for European Customers (GCR entry andmaintenance)
- Coordinate AMO / AMC non QKAM customerswhere currently covered / coordinated by CQ (Support the coordination of productcomplaints (including connection with supplier complaints when needed)
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations,Product Development and other cross-functional teams to manage customerrequirements expectation to ensure effective communication is supported,including 8D assessments (against internal / external requirements, CC assignmentand CCMS audits) and when needed creation.
- Support customer audits / assessments asrequired, in cooperation with other quality team members in generation ofsupporting documents
- Ensure the Customer complaintmanagement process and Supplier complaint management process is effectivelyconducted within the assigned region in partnership with the relevant SQDcontact.
- As required, manage the alignment andagreement of quality assurance agreements and technical specifications withplants and contract manufacturers.
- Coordinates and monitors continuousimprovement activities in line with required KPIs.
- To review and assign GCR PPAP requests(acc. to standard procedure, escalate if needed to Scott or me)
- To prepare customer impact reviews (acc. to standard procedure, escalate ifneeded to Scott or me)
- To update general information in selectedcustomer portals
- To check and reassign CCMS-entries(request update of contact lists, train authors how to find correct
