Munkaköri leírásOversee the end-to-end processes of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Master Data Management ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. Manage the general ledger and ensure the integrity of financial data. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the SSC Considering improvement on processes taking over from current provider Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for SSC-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of SSC services. Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards. Provide actionable recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a shared service center. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, IFRS and best practices in AP and AR . Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing automation solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Working proficiency in English (knowledge of German language nice to have) Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, preferably SAP, S4Hana is a plus. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. High level of integrity and ethical standards.
