Job description
Develop and implement annual quality indicators aligned with the company's overall quality strategy.Prepare and present the annual quality work plan to leadership for approval and subsequent implementation.Oversee and evaluate the quality of work produced by various departments.Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring defect prevention and the absence of Class A complaints.Track and address internal defects, implementing improvement measures to enhance internal quality.Conduct regular internal quality meetings to review performance against quality indicators and optimize the quality management system.Manage second and third-party audits, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.Develop and deliver targeted training programs to enhance employee quality-related skills.Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (metal stamping experience is a plus)Relevant educational background (supply chain management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field)English skillsYou are familiar with ISO9001, TS 16949 (or ISO9000), ISO14001, and ISO18001At least 3 years of experience with system certification and documentationStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS OfficeTS16949 or ISO9000 internal auditor certification is an advantage6-sigma qualification certification is an advantage
